Pork cheeseburger… in lettuce wraps? We’re splitting the difference between health and decadence here, with the yummy cheeseburger flavors (including pickles!) filling crunchy lettuce wraps with sweet, cheesy, meaty flavors.

- Prepare the Ingredients. Separate leaves of lettuce for cups. Halve tomatoes. Coarsely chop pickles.
- Cook the Filling. Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp. olive oil, ground pork, tomatoes, seasoned salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Break up pork until no pink remains and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 5-7 minutes. Remove from burner.
- Assemble the Wraps. Place a lettuce cup on a clean work surface (or layer two cups for extra crunch and structural support). Fill with a few spoonful’s of filling. Repeat with remaining lettuce cup
- Finish the Dish. Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing wraps with potato sticks, cheese, dressing, and chopped pickles. Bon appétit!
